TRATAMENTUL CU PEFLOXACINĂ ÎN INFECȚIILE BILIARE

Abstract

There are studied 54 cases of acute viral hepatitis complicated by biliary tract infections-cholecystitis [40] or angiocholytis [14], associated with biliary dyskinesia or gallstones, admitted between 1996-1997 in Clinical II of Infectious Diseases Colentina. It were analysed clinical fe atures and the changes of investigations for diagnosis of cholestatic syndrome and differential of biliry infections from acute viral hepatitis. Antibacterial therapy with “Peflacine” [pefloxacin] 800 mg daily, for 5-7 days was well tolerated and with favourable therapeutical effect. It is the best therapeutical choice for the treatment with quinolones for biliar infections.
