Abstract
Urticaria angioedema is a common disease that occurs as a clinical manifestation of various immunologic and inflammatory mechanisms. Although rarely life-threatening, urticaria-angioedema poses problems for a large number of practitioners, particulary in its chronic form. Due to the progress made in the understanding of its physiopatho logy and the appea rance of new medications, the treatment of urticaria – angioedema has considerably evolved over last years.
