Abstract
Patient with myasthenia gravis which follows the immunosuppressor treatment are towards to develops free quently the bronchopneumonia, thus becomes necessary to setting-up the empiric anti biotherapy even that initially if initial is not possible to make the differential diagnosis of respiratory insufficiencies determinate by the decompensa tion of myasthenia gravis or by the infectious component. Subsequently, the treatment is continued with the selected antibiotic depending on the antibiogram, taking account to the ground patients, the severity of respiratory insufficiency and the drug penetrability in the pulmonary tissue.
