Abstract
Premise: the post variceal myocarditis is a rare complication of an ordinary childhood’s disease. In the last two decades, with the development of cardiologic investigatory technics, was appeared other many descriptions of some miocardial complications with varicella zoster virus. These manifested through the affectation of contractile functions and/or through the various degree of conduction disturbances, secondary affectation of excitatory and conductorial tissues. The degree of affects of myocardial functions is variable, from the light forms to the severe forms which required afterwards cardiac transplant. Will present the case of 15 years-old little girl which after 21 days of chicken-pox presents the alteration of general status and the modification of psyche behaviors. EKG tracks down the rare rhythms with various degrees of conduction disturbances.
