Abstract
The bacterial and fungal infections may appear in critically ill patients and they can complicate the evolution of those patients. We present a case report of a patient with severe sepsis with the cutaneous gate due to Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA). possible community acquired MRSA, associated with a systemic infection with Candida. The therapy consisted in the broad-spectrum antibiotic associate with antifungal therapy with favorable evolution.
