Abstract
The main problem to treat the cardio-respiratory arrest is to recognize this event observing a few parameters like: pulse, breathing, conscience. ln the same time we must apply elementary measures of stabilisation. The goals of therapy are the restart of breathing, circulation for which there is a sequence of drug administration, described in the paper. Electric shock and the assisted ventilation are reserved for the therapy-resistent cardio-respiratory arrest. ln the paper are presented the particularities of pediatric intensive care in the problem.
