Abstract
The treatment of the nervous system tuberculosis is complex and must be adjusted to anatomical and clinical forms. Isoniasid and pyrazinamid are obl igatorily introduced in the treatment because their excellent penetrability in the nervous system. Ethambutol may be preferred to streptomycin. The duration of the treatment is monitories by cytological and biochimical changes of the CSF and CT for the tuberculoma. The cortisone is justified to ameliorate the prognosis and for the prophilaxy of the paradoxically evolution under the treatment of the tuberculomas. Surgical treatment is recommended for unresponsive to the conventional treatment and for the compression of the optic nerve and compressive seller tuberculoma. ln the graves forms the excess of liquids can compromise the prognosis.
