Abstract
We can’t think to the modern treatment in respiratory diseases without aerosolotherapy. In the paper the authors are reviewing the main therapeutical goals of aerosolotherapy, the advantages of this way of administration and the properties that the substances need to be used as aerosol. The main treatment algorithms and the prescription particularities are reviewed also, specially for the pediatric practice.
