Abstract
The antiphospholipidic syndrome (APLS), described by Dr. Graham Hughes in 1983, defined as the multisystemic disturbance which is defined through a persistent of higher titre of antiphospholipidic antibodies and/or veno-arterial thrombosis, thrombocytopenia, or spontaneous abortions recurrence. Is a disturbance of contracted coagulation, of autoimmunity cause, through the production of antibodies against anionic phospholipids epitops attaches of phospholipids, cause the appearance status of hipercoagulability or thrombophily with higher risk of thrombosis
