INFLUENȚA TERAPIEI CU POLYGYNAX ÎN LEZIUNILE DE COL UTERIN

Abstract

INTRODUCTI ON. The etiological polymorphism of vaginal infections associated with pap smear, distinguished by colposcopycal examination, frequently prolong the period of diagnosis and the resolving of the studied cases, based on the affirmation that any vaginal infection could have an oncogenic potential through the action on metaplasics cells of cervix or, at the level of scuamo-cylindric jonction, on the spare cells. MATERIAL AND METHODS. The studied cases, whereat we adminitrated, localy, only a treatment with Polygynax in various schemas, was in number of 40 divided, in accordance with cervical-vaginal pathology, in 2 lots: 20 cases with polimicrobial cervicitesand 20 cases with pap smear submitted to intervetions. All the patients has motivated their presence at the specialist by the presence of some local phenomena such are: itchiness, sexual troubles, irritating pathological secretion, phenomena that dissappears, without the apparition of adverses reactions. In this study, made in an ambulatory speciality cabinet, during 7 month, we included, in the first lot, 20 cases with diagnosticated cervicites, initialy macroscopic and, confirmated, subsequent, by a colposcopic examinatio.nThis lot was subjected to a treatment following thin schema: 6 days on month, 2 ovule/day in the first month and 1 ovule/day, 12 days, in the second month or 2 month consecutives, 12 ovule/month.Sometime the local treatment was associated with a systemic one. The second lot constituted by 20 subjects, was selected based on clinical and colposcopical standards, having in common low and high scuamous intraepithelial lesions (at the most media displasies) whereat we administered a treatment with Polygynax before and after the intervention such: electroexcision or biopsy. So, we initiate a cure with Polygynax with 6-10 days before electrocautery of the cervix (12 ovule/day over 3 days and again 6 day 1 ovule/ day) and after the intervention on cervix for 12 days 1 ovule/day over 2 month consequently, with the observation of the cicatrization of the lesion.Both lots was keeping according to the parameters from the classic tripod: cytologycal examination, bacteriologycal examination and colposcopycal examination. RESULTS. Bacteriologycal and micotycal reevaluation at first lot, after the treatment with Polygynax, were favourable and the cytotumoral results were in normal limits. Colposcopycal exam presented favourables results, in all 30 cases, with the apparition of a matur tissue, centripetal, changing the location of scuamo-cylindric jonction with approx. 0.5-0.7 mm after cure and reducing the transformation zone with the same value, determinig the cicatrization of the cervix of uterus in a physiological way, after only 12 days of treatment with Polygynax, presenting a modification of the colposcopical image suggesting the decrease of the smear zone. The results of the lot submitted to an intervention such electrocautery, electroexcision and focused biopsy from smear are presented by comparatives colposcopical images effectuated before and after the treatment. CONCLUSIONS . Polygynax helps and complete the curatives results of biopsy and electroexcision of cervix of uterus, leading to an efficient and fast cicatrization, resulting in negative results at the cytotumoral reevaluation, initialy bad, and maintaining the balance of the vaginal flora, protect the epithelium of uterus cervix against oportunistics germs, all this phenomena goes to the shortening of the needed time for the healing of a pap smear.
