Abstract
The pediatric HIV infection represents a problem wherewith is confronted a large number of specialists. Exist the important discrepance between children and adults not even quantitative how much qualitative and functional concerning pharmacocinetics behavior and the reactivity of the diferent apparatus. Unfortunately, the treatment of HIV infected child do not followed the same quick course by reason of absences of pediatrics specific forms and the actually pediatric therapeutic guides are based more on opinion that evidence and the current trials do not succed to clarify which are the optimum combinations for the initiation therapies.
