Abstract
The implication of the eye in viral pathology is related to some of its structural characteristics, more important being the reduced immunity of the cornea and conjunctiva, as well as explozive hypertensivity of uveea to various noxious elements. That is why corneo-conjunctival viral diseases have an increased within the population and are now extensively studied. The paper is a study of means and methods in the treatment of viral conjunctivitis (general and local drugs, physical-chemical methods). Surgical treatment is also mentioned as it could be applied in specific cases.
