Abstract
Author present a clinical study about the effectiveness of Klacid (Clarithromycine). Klacid is used in infections of the nasofaringeal tract and of paranasal sinuses, also in acute and chronic otic and otomastoid sufferings, in adult as in child. As a unique feature – it covers the key ENT pathogens’ spectrum, including gram-positives, gram-negatives and atypicals. Excellent tolerance – no side effects signaled during the study. Its particular profile and proven clinical effectiveness and safety recommend Clarithromycine as a drug, who satisfies our need to dispose of a first choice antibiotic in acute ENT infections.
