Abstract
Authors presents new concepts about tha staging of lupus disease in children and general principles of treatment and therapy methods. It is important to evaluate the grade of renal involment before the initiation of treatment, by renal biopsy. It is mentioned the treatment with hydroxichloroquine, dapsone, corticotherapy, cyclophosphamid,ecyclosporine, antithrombotics agents and anticoagulants.
