Abstract
The author presents· the existing possibilities in hepatitis B, D and C treatment. Beside α-interferon, already accepted for in pathogenical treatment of chronic viral hepatitis, possible associations with corticosteroids,nucleoside analogs (ribavirin, penciclovi)r, biliary acids, therapeutical immunization for B hepatitis, antisens oligonucleotides, acyclovir, foscarnet, vidarabin, antiretroviral chimioterapeutics are presented. The best results seem to be obtained with an association of α-interferon and ribavirine, with a previous short corticotherapy cure which determine viral replication.
