Abstract
The unstable angina (U.A.) – an acute ischemic syndrome – is very frecquent in the cardiology intensive careunits, and itneeds a rapid evaluation anda differentiate, urgent treatment. The pathological troubles in U.A. are related to the cleft of the coronary atheroma and to the consecutive dynamic phenomena (the coronary spasm, the intermitent platelet agregation, the partial thrombosys of the lumen). The treatment is essential based on the phisiopathologicaldata and it is made withpharmacological means, interventionalcardiological procedures andsurgical re-vascularisation. We mention the indications of antiischemic drugs, antiagregation drugs and the anticoagulation treatment. We present the criteria that the alternative miocardic revascularisation are based on (the surgical and the pharmacological ones).
