Abstract
The author is presenting in the paper the loco-regional anaesthesia. First, he is reviewing some anatomo fisiological particularities of the child, that are in link with this technique. Then are enouncing important pharmaco logical data about local anaesthetics. He is presenting in the same time the psychological implications of this type of anaesthesia. At last, the indications and contra indications of the loco-regional anaesthesia are presented.
