Abstract
The life of an increased number of immunocompromised patients are threatened by the spectrum of infection with pathogenic fungi. Some of them have intrinsec resistance to antifungal therapy and others become resistant during the treatment. For that, the management of systemic fungal infection today is a challenge for the practitioners. We reviewed the data regarding most common systemic fungal infection for wich antifungal resistance is a potential problem.
