Abstract

The occupational lead poisoning ussualy occurs because of lead dust and vapours lead oxydes, organic and anorganic lead saets. The diagnosis is based on three important elements: the occupational exposure, the symptoms and most of all, the exposure and biologic indicators. In actual treatment of occupational lead poisoning consists of lead’s absolvetion’s interuption and leadchelators’ administration, such as: EDETAMIN, RODILEMID, CHEMET, PENICILAMINA. In the acute form, the symptomatic treatment is based on PLEGOMAZIN administration.
