Abstract
The neonatal sepsis is a very important problem for the premature infants pathology, especially for the low birth weight newborn and for the babies from the intensive care units. This article presents the protocol used by the obstetrician-neonatologist team to prevent, diagnose and treat the neonatal sepsis of the babies born before 37 weeks of gestational age.
