Abstract
The authors propose an evaluation of the efficiency of Klacid (clarithromicyn) treatment in acute respiratory tract infection in children. 75 patients received 15 mg/day clarithromicyn – 32 patients were admitted and 43 in outpatient. The results of this clinical study shows a high rate of healing in upper respiratory tract infections proved by clinical and biological normalization.
