Abstract
Beside the early mobilization of the patient after fix or implant, there is an interrest in weight bearing on at the affected limb, as soon as possible, not to impair the osteogenesis, but to enhance it, nowadays. Early mobilization enhances the blood supply and the regeneration force of the bone structure, too. The weigth bearing stimulates the blood supply and the regaining of shape and structure of the bone. The remodeling of disproportioned articulations is based on the same guid ing forces (blood supply and earlz weigth bearing) and it respects the laws of Delpeche. The use of firm or adjustable external fixators is nec essary in order to obtain a normal loading force of the pelvic limb, either static or when mobilized and to avoid fixator breakdown in case of an earlay mobilization.
