Abstract
The recent years studies recommend that eradication of HP should be a goal in gastroduodenal pathology. The actual therapeutic schemes include an acid secretion inhibitor and 2 antibiotics – clarithromycin and amoxicillin or metronidazole. Some problems of antibiotic resistance are encountered. We review HP resistance to macrolides, nitroimidazoles, fluoroquinolones, tetracycl ine and betalactamines. There are stressed the problems of primary and acquired antibiotic resistance of HP.
