Abstract

Reducing the sodium intake in an individual’s daily diet is a priority for many healthcare providers. Consequently, there is an enormous volume of literature on reducing the sodium content in an individual’s food intake; however, there are very few medical journal articles that specifically discuss the sodium content in prescription drugs.
