Abstract
There are presented the most important adverses effects of nonsteroidian antiinflamators drugs, NSAID, and explained the producing mechanisms, favouring factors. On insists on acetilsalicilic acid, indometacin, ibuprofen, phenilbutasone. It is also considered the agresivity produced by the association of NSAID with some others analgesic-antypiretic drugs, especially phenacetin.
