Abstract
After identified of the latest 3 human herpesviruses (HHV6, HHV7 and HHV8), these was involved in the pathogenesis of some chronic diseases, on the basis of epidemiological, serological and virusological reason. The relations cause effect it was not proved, yet. Several studies have suggested the involvement of HHV6 in the pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis and there are contradictory results and opinions. In this paper we make a synthesis to most recently information about relations between HHV6 and mulptile sclerosis, and the possibility of the antiviral therapy.
