Abstract
Because “in vitro” study is an important method for clinical use as well as for biological standardisation of medicaments used in dentistry, we tested the comparative tissular tolerance in culture cells of three irrigant solutions used in the antiinfectious treatment of the endodontic system. The evaluation of this medicaments (clorhexidin solution 1%, Ca(OH)2 sol. 0.1%, NaOCI sol. 2% and 5%) has been executed on two types of experiments following the effect of this antiseptic solutions on stationar culture cells as on cellular growth, on the other side.
