Abstract
A clinical study was performed on 30 pediatric patients aged from 1 to 12 years with different respiratory tract infections. All patients received clarithromycin suspension, 7,5 mg/kg/BID. The clinical results were favourable in most cases (96,6%) with clinical remission obtained in an average period of 5 days. The tolerance was excellent, with no side effects or premature treatment withdrawal.
