Abstract
Myasthenia and disorders of the neuromuscular junction in childhood
The authores present the most important aspects about epidemiology, etiopathology, clinical and terapeutical features of the disorders of the neuromuscular junction. The authores present the most important disorders in childhood: autoimmune myasthenia gravis, transient neoenatal myastenia and congenital and familial myasthenia. Authores mention about the most important aims of treatment to improve neuromuscular transmission.
