Abstract
ln the second articole about low energy lasers (LEL) we analize the main characteristics of the laser lights (wawe length, coherency monochromaticity, polarization, collimation) and their biological importance. We mention than some of the most important hypothesis of the LEL mechanisms of action. Finally we try to present our point of view about the laser biostimulation at the infracellular, cellular and systemic level.
