Abstract
The Therapeutic Syndromes or pathology related with medecines are increasing in the last decades on both aspects: morbidity and even mortality. Taking medecines without medical prescription, using them in the suicid attempt, overdosage and adversive reactions are the four main parameters of these pathology. The authors describes 3 cases of metoclopramid intoxication in the child which ilustrated three of such situations: suicid attempt, overdosage and peculiar answer to metoclopramid. The clinical picture had as a common feature neurologic manifestation consisting of distonic extrapiramidal reaction, consciosness being afected but in high doses. All cases had a good evolution under conventional therapy.
