Abstract
A study on 70 pacients whom have been submitted to examination. The used posology was of 4 packs in 80% of the cases, 3 packs in 17% of the cases and 2 packs in 3% of the cases. The minimum time until the effect was obtained was 15 minutes, but generally the first stool occured after 90 minutes. The number of stools was on the average 9, with extremes from 2 to 20 stools. The efficacity of the preparation was very good in 86% of the cases. The tolerance seems to be more than satisfactory. Side effects: 17% nausea, 5% abdominal pain, 5% abdominal distention.
