Abstract
We have studied experimentaliythe antiinflamatory action of eight substances derivatives of proline, within a study of specific pharmacodynamics. The antiinflamatory action has been studied on four experimental models, two of acute inflamation – carragenine induced edem of the rat foot and ultraviolet ray induced eritem of the rat skin (models that show the exudative-congestive phase of the inflamation), one in which the proliferative phase of inflamation is dominant – induced granulom through subcutaneous implant of cotton pieces to the rat and one of cronic inflamation – rat artritis induced through Freund adjuvant Two compounds, N-acetyl-L-hydroxiproline (NAHPr) and N-acety-lL-hydroxiprolinateof Zn (NAHPrZn) have proved to be significantly active as antiinflamatory substances.
