Abstract
The authors expose their experience with regional blocking of brachia! plexus related to surgical procedures of upper finger reinsertion and hand reconstruction. The advantages are: prolonged anesthesia, reduced risk of toxicity, assurance of postsurgery analgesia and simpatectomy.
