Abstract
A case of CRI with marked haemorrhagic syndrome and thrombocytopenia is presented. The administration of 90 mcg/kg recombinated F VIia (Novo Seven, Novo Nordisk) yielded interruption of haemorrhagic syndrome within 30 min. The thrombocyte count keeps on low. This observation suggests the importance of rFVlla utilization in uraemia and thrombocytopenia.
