Abstract
The bacterial sepsis is a major problem of morbidity nd mortality in the newborn sections of and E. Coli is a one of the most frequent microorganism involved. This present article presents a neonatal sepsis case with precocious beginning, with clinical and biologic sug gestive tableau of neonatal infection.
