Abstract
lmidasolic derivatives represent the main antifungal existing treatment. Eventhough they have a broad spectrum their efficiency is limited by the way of administration and their effects. The new antifungal drugs from this class of substances have limited side effects and toxic reactions, thus having an elevated efficiency. It is necessary to know the way of action for these substances and also the optimal conditions of administration to obtain an increased antifungal effect. The new antifungal derivatives, very efficient, does not exclude the classical criteria of administration and in the same time a good knowledge about drug interactions. Our study seeks to realize an overview on the proprieties of these substances and their way of administration in dermatomycoses, extremely frequent diseases in dermatological pathology.
