Abstract

The chemotherapeutical side effects represents a very dissappointing problem in antineoplastic chemotherapy, studied because represent the major limited factor of their administration. The aim of this study is to set forth some side effects of chemotherapy, out of them being less meet in literature. It has noted side-effects in 23 patients (16 being females, 7 being males) with ages between 22 and 64 years, without any significant associated disease. From the point of view of the neoplasic disease localisation it has predominated the cervical carcinoma (4 cases), the bronhopulmonary carcinoma (4 cases), the ovary cancer (4 cases), the breast cancer (3 cases), the uterin cancer (2 cases), the remaining being 1 multiple mieloma, 1 rhynopharynx cancer, 1 stomach carcinoma and 1 choriocarcinoma. We have met immediately and subacute side effects, from which we have noted hipersensibilisation reactions to Cisplatine, Etoposide, Melphalane, Dacarbazine, Doxorubicine, Bleomicine and Gemcitabine, cardiotoxicity to 5-Fluorouracile and Cisplatine, skin hyperpigmmentary reactions after Bleomicine. The conclusions of the study highlight the complexity of citostatic treatment and its dependency by a multiple factors. In this moment it does’nt know any prophilactic treatment which can preclude the apperance of citostatic administration complications. That impose an accuracy treatment which can keep under control any side effects.
