Abstract
Infectious complications are frequency in patients with multiple myeloma because hypogammaglobulinemia, granulocytopenia, altered leukocytes and complement fonctions, immunosupresion induced by corticotherapy and chemotherapy .Associated diseases (diabetus mellitus , renal or pulmonary diseases) increase the risk for severe infectious complications.
