Abstract
There have been performed important progresses in the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) required by partial ineffectivness of classical therapeutical methods and by the agresive course of the disease. The modern treatment for RA is different from the classical one on one hand by using new types of therapy in the light of the latest pathogenic research progresses of RA and on the other hand by different use of classical therapeutical methods. This revue will briefly describe classical treatment but it will be concerned on the new biologic and genetic treatment. For a better understanding of the treatment foundation, will first realise a summary disscution abouit RA pathogenesis.
