Abstract
We selected 34 patients with lumbosacral myofascial syndromes, with clinical and paraclinical defined diagnosis, excluding anyother etiology. Our study included patients into a medical program, physically sustained, in three stages: at one month and 3-6 month using anti inflammatory +/- discontracturant drugs, sustained by thermo-kinetics and massotherapy. From a stage to the next, the results proved the ascending evolution of the clinical parameters and the remanence of the effects, and in the third stage of the program we obtained a quasi normal functional rehabilitation (over 90% in comparison with initial valuation). Our study proposes a score of valuation for the lumbosacral myofascial syndromes and also a rehabilitation program in three stages; we prove also, the efficiency of this program of treatment, preventing the frequent recurrences and/or complications, often with important functional implications.
