Abstract
After a short update involving the pathways of the venodilatatory treatment in the heart failure, we have demonstrated the posibility of organic nitrates administration in patiens with low blood pressure if the telediastolical pressure in the left ventricle is high because the cardiac output is not decresed down in this conditions. Also we review the main venodilatatory medication with its usual posology in clinical practice.
