Abstract
Bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) started as epidemic in the U.K. in 1986 and woke an outbreak of human new variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease by consumption of beef products contaminated by central nervous system tissue.Parenteral transmission through instrumentation, blood and organ donation is also demonstrated. There is a permanent implementation of new preventive rules to spread off the prion diseases.
