Abstract
lsoflurane has the same qualities with these of its own use, with a good control of the depth of the anesthesiology, because of the persistence of the cardiovascular system and because of a good protection for the nervous system. In this work the experimental researches study the influence of the isoflurane and of the halothane on the enzymatic system peroxidase 3,3’ diamino banzidine-hydrogen peroxide. They demonstrated the inhibitive action of the halothane and the activating agent of the isoflurane. These modifications of the reaction speed and of the enzyme activity allowed statistical mathematical analyses and some explanation of the activity of the isoflurane.
