There is a low frecvency of lung cancer in children. Its ethiopatogeny is still obscure. The relation heredity cancer by familial concentration, twins concordance and genetics-mesologic interaction is still studied. Our study has been made on eight patients, three having primitive tumors and five metastatic ones. 50% of our patients had no symptoms, 37.5% presented respiratory tract infections and 12.5% severe pulmonary infections. Primitive pulmonary tumors have been two cases of congenital tumors, discovered during the first, respectively the second year of life and one case of pseudo-inflam matory tumor – plasmocitary granuloma – having a tipical character as described in the speciality literature. Secondar pulmonary tumors presented as: two cases of hemithorax sarcoma, one case of presacral teratocar cinoma, one case of abdominal neuroblastoma and one case of acute limphocitary leukemia.
